This year's event will be held in Big Ten rooms A, B, and C of the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center on March 31st, 2012.

As one of the most highly regarded hospitality schools in the nation, The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University offers an exceptionally well-crafted curriculum that is taught by innovative professors and that is drawn equally from two areas of study: general business education and hospitality-specific courses. Particularly important to future employers is the wealth of hands-on experiences and group interactions available to students in the classroom and from a multitude of annual student-driven special events. This premier annual event, anticipated throughout the mid-Michigan community, is Les Gourmets.
